1Where is my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our tracking page at any time.

How long does delivery take?
Processing 1-2 business days · Transit 8-12 business days

Processing 1-2 business days (Mon to Fri). Transit 8-12 business days. Total estimated delivery: 12-14 business days. All orders ship with full tracking.

Order cut-off: 3:00 PM. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same business day.

My tracking has not updated

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 24-72 hours for the carrier to start updating the status, especially in the first stage.

If you do not see a tracking link within 2 business days of your order confirmation, or the shipment has not moved in over 4 business days, use the contact form below with your order number. We contact the carrier on your behalf.

Tracking shows “delivered” but I did not receive the package

First, please check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, front door, garage and other safe spots where the carrier may have left the package. Carriers sometimes leave packages without a delivery card.

If the package is still missing, use the contact form below with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier. Most cases are resolved within 4 business days.

2Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. All US states are supported.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount.

Processing 1-2 business days + transit 8-12 business days = 12-14 business days total. During peak periods (sales, holidays) delivery times may be slightly longer.

Can I still change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order at help@paperfavor.com. After this window, changes are normally no longer possible because the order has been handed off to our fulfilment partner.

What about customs, duties and import fees?

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse. For US-bound orders, any applicable duties and import fees are covered by us. You will not be charged extra at delivery.

3Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
30 days from receipt · Original condition required

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Items that are damaged, altered, or used in a way that prevents resale may be rejected or refunded only in part.

How do I start a return?

Email us at help@paperfavor.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return (change of mind, wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  • If the item is damaged or defective: clear photos or a short video showing the issue

If approved, we send return instructions including the return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Our return address is at our international warehouse, so we recommend checking international shipping rates with your local carrier before initiating a return.

You will need to provide a valid tracking number for your return shipment. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

My item arrived damaged or defective

Sorry to hear that. Email us at help@paperfavor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We handle it as a priority and arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not pay for return shipping in this case.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and a 15% cancellation fee applies (covers payment processing, order handling, inventory reservation and international logistics prep). The remaining 85% is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

The 15% fee does not apply if the cancellation is due to our error (defective, incorrect or unavailable items). Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned under our standard return policy.

4Sizing & Product

How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a detailed size chart with measurements. Measure a similar item you already own and compare against the chart for the most accurate fit.

If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for outerwear and a relaxed fit, or sticking to your usual size for fitted styles. Still unsure? Drop us a message with the product link and your measurements. We will advise.

What materials are used?

Material composition is listed on each product page under the description. We work with a mix of natural and high-quality synthetic fibres depending on the piece. Cotton, linen and wool blends for warm-weather and seasonal items; technical blends for performance pieces.

Care instructions

Care instructions are printed on the inner label of each garment and listed on the product page. As a general rule: wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors; reshape and dry flat or hang to dry; avoid tumble dryers for delicate fabrics. Following the label preserves fit and color over time.

5Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can pay in your preferred method at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed over SSL-encrypted channels through PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment data is handled directly by Shopify Payments and trusted third-party processors.

My payment was declined

This usually means the card details (number, expiry, CVC or billing address) do not match, or your bank has blocked the transaction. Please double-check the details and try again, or contact your bank to authorize the charge. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help you complete the order.

After you send the message, we reply with an email address where you can send clear photos of the issue. With photos we can often arrange replacement or refund the same day.

We can only change the address before the package is handed off to the carrier. Please send your message as soon as possible.
