Refund policy
Welcome to Paper Favor! Our goal is to offer you high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. This policy is designed to ensure a clear and fair process for our customers.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. For any information regarding the delivery of your order, please see ourย Shipping Policy.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your wish to return a product. This is your cooling-off period. Return requests submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:
Product Condition:ย The item must be returned in its original, new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Packaging: Must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its complete original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
Proof of Purchase:ย Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.
During the reflection period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
Items that are damaged, altered, used in a way that prevents resale, or that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
3. How to Start a Return (Procedure)
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us: Email us at help@paperfavor.comย within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, defective item, etc.).
- If the item is defective or damaged, please attach a clear photo or video showing the problem with the product and/or packaging.
- Receive Instructions: If your return request is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions and a return form with the address to which you should send the package.

Important:ย Items returned without prior request and approval will not be accepted.
Send the Package: Send the product to the address indicated in our instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return Address:ย Our return address is located at our international warehouse in Asia. The exact address will be provided on the return form we'll provide.
Package Tracking: You are required to provide a valid tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Important note: Since our main warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping costs may be significant. We recommend checking international shipping rates with your local post office before initiating your return.
4. Order Cancellationsย
If you request to cancel your order after it has been placed, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Why this fee applies:
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. This creates non-refundable costs such as payment processing, order handling, inventory reservation, and international logistics preparation.
If your cancellation is approved, 85% of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note:

The 15% fee applies only to customer-initiated cancellations.

No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or unavailable items).

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned under our standard return policy.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or after you provide us with complete proof of shipping.
Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution.
The refund will cover the full cost of the returned products. If you return an entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs you paid upon purchase. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes you may have paid are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
Contact Us Immediately: Inform us in writing within 30 days of delivery via help@paperfavor.com, providing:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Clear photos or videos of the defective/damaged product or the wrong item.
Solution: If your claim is justified, we will offer you a fair solution, such as a free replacement of the item or a full refund, as soon as we have approved and received your return.
7. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
In accordance with our general conditions and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following types of items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene products whose seal has been broken (such as underwear, cosmetics, etc.).
- Items that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (customized).
- Items that are clearly personal in nature.
8. Refused or unclaimed packages
Packages returned because the customer refused them at the door or didn't pick them up at a service point aren't considered standard returns under the right of withdrawal. In accordance with our shipping policy, we may deduct a processing fee (maximum $10.33) from your refund to cover the costs incurred.
9. Shipping Protection
For $3.95, you can add Shipping Protection to your order at checkout.
What's Covered: Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
What's Not Covered:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Packages marked as delivered without proof of theft or damage
- Buyer's remorse, shipping delays, or customs issues
- Orders without Shipping Protection
How to Claim: Contact us at help@paperfavor.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date (lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (damaged/stolen). Include your order number, description, and photos or evidence.
Resolution: Approved claims receive a free replacement. Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock. All claims are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
Note: Shipping Protection is non-refundable and limited to one claim per order.
