Important Details

Order cutoff time: For same-day processing, please place your order before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery days: Delivery and processing are done Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in these deadlines.

Shipping Carriers: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. 

Exceptional Delivery Times: During periods of high demand (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Area: We currently ship to United States of America.

Tracking your order: Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through our dedicated page: TRACK MY ORDER. If you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at help@paperfavor.com.

Other Shipping Information

Address Change: If you wish to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after placing your order, at help@paperfavor.com. After this period, changes are normally not possible.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us because it hasn't been accepted or picked up, we may deduct a processing fee (maximum $10.33) from the refund. Please read our return policy

Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order after it has been placed, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Why this fee applies:
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. This creates non-refundable costs such as payment processing, order handling, inventory reservation, and international logistics preparation.

If your cancellation is approved, 85% of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

  • The 15% fee applies only to customer-initiated cancellations.

  • No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or unavailable items).

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned under our standard return policy.
